TechLoop Crosslister is a private seller tool used to manage and cross-list product listings between marketplaces including eBay.
When TechLoop Crosslister is connected to eBay, the application may process information associated with the authorised eBay seller account, including listing information, item identifiers, SKUs, listing status, business policies, inventory information and authentication tokens.
The application may also process information received from marketplace APIs where necessary to provide its cross-listing functionality.
Information is used only to operate the TechLoop Crosslister, including preparing listings, creating and managing eBay listings, synchronising listing information and maintaining links between source marketplace listings and eBay listings.
Where personal information is processed, it is processed where necessary for the operation of the service, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate business interests in managing marketplace listings.
Information may be shared with marketplace providers such as eBay only where necessary to perform requested listing and account-management functions. Information is not sold to third parties.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the operation of the cross-listing service, record keeping, security and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
TechLoop Crosslister supports eBay Marketplace Account Deletion notifications. Where applicable, personal information associated with an eBay account deletion request will be deleted or anonymised unless it must be retained for a lawful reason.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. Authentication credentials and access tokens are treated as confidential and are not intentionally made public.
Depending on applicable data protection law, individuals may have rights in relation to their personal information, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and objection.
